In the SHOPPING BASKET, below the TOTAL, is the section “Do you have a coupon code?”, Click on “Validity here” and enter your PROMOTIONAL CODE.
Are there any other ways of payment apart from credit card payment?
Our main aim is to offer our products at the best possible price. Paying by credit card reduces administrative expenses, which has a positive effect on the final price.
Can I order multiple products under the same order?
Certainly. You can also add more than one parameter to cart at once.
Can I check the status of my order?

When shall I get the sampling kit?
Once your payment has been made, LABOCHECK team will send you out the sampling kit within 3 business days.
What shall I do once the sample has been collected?
Proceed according to instructions. Give us a phone call or send us an e-mail and a courier will pick the sample up at your requested pickup location.
What will happen if I am not at home when delivery is made?
The Courier will leave you a notification so that you can contact the courier service and reschedule the missed delivery.
Analysis
Is it difficult to collect the sample?
Sample collection is simple if you follow instructions carefully. You can also watch the explanatory video available on our website.
Are the results reliable?
Samples are tested in ENAC-accredited laboratories, which are subject to tight quality regulation.
When will I get the results?
You will receive the test results by e-mail within 7 days from receipt of sample.
